the catch up
It has been quite a nice week following my lovely Monday. Work has still been that little bit quiet, but I’ve been pushing people to start getting things happening.
Yesterday I spent some quality time doing crazy things to my Samsung Blackjack which was fun :) Today I headed out to Telstra’s Innovation Centre at North Ryde. There was a Blackberry presentation for some of our Enterprise customers. It was a really good session that went deeper into what Blackberry is and does.
Cards have been a fun theme in the House of Bach the last few nights… on Monday we played 500 for quite a few hours. And then on Tuesday afternoon, I headed over to Kmart to buy some Phase 10 cards, and we played that until about 11pm. Unfortunately, Rollo won both games. But I have a feeling that Phase 10 will be played again very soon…
And then tonight, Leanne and I are finally going to have our Sushi dinner that we’ve been meaning to have for ages. This sushi train place in Blacktown makes the bestest sushi I’ve ever had I reckon. So I am looking forward to that.
Ever since my iPod got stolen from my car back in May, I’ve been trying to decide whether or not I need a new one… and whether I can justify the cost. But if Apple go ahead and release re-vamped video iPod, with a large touch screen similar to the iPhone, then I will no longer be justifying buying one… it’ll just be a matter of saving up :)
