September 22 - the day of musical magnificence

September 22nd is shaping up to be quite the sensational day.

To start with, I’m heading into the Opera House with he the b and Sarah during the evening to witness The Whitlams playing with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra. What an amazing night that will be. The Whitlams produce fabulous live music at the best of times. Add to the mix a massive orchestra, and it will be an experience that I think I will remember for a long time.

But as if that alone isn’t spectacular enough on it’s own… there’s some awesome albums due for release on that day:

The Cat Empire - So Many Nights
Regurgitator - Love And Paranoia
Foo Fighters - Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace
Maverick - Self-Titled (a re-release of Teacuppostcard with remixes and such)

Sweet! It’s musical heaven day for Jimmy.

I thought Love and Paranoia was coming out on the 15th September. Have they pushed it back by another week? eeep!
