Back down to earth

It was definitely a different camp for me this year. A very different experience. Much more an experience of assisting others, or even just sitting back doing nothing while activities were on. There was only a small amount that I actually ran myself. And that’s actually a good thing. It’s a good thing that I was mature enough to relinquish control for most of the time.

I’m still very tired though. Slept when I got home, then Debbie cooked me some dinner, which was awesome. And then had a normal night’s sleep. But I came round here to Deb’s place this morn, and proceeded to have another hour long nap.

Lunch time now, then it will be off to Luke & Elise’s engagement party, which should be fun. And then back to Toon town for a celebratory dinner; to celebrate 3 years of some awesome growth in the church. And I’m not actually doing anything - will just be sitting back, enjoying friends, enjoying the food, enjoying Miss Eliza Magill singing, and then it will be home to sleep.
