first week of May
It’s a pretty special week…
It marks 5 years of me being employed at Telstra! 5 years ago sometime this week, I began 3 days a week in a warehouse out in Granville… getting orders from sales reps in the city, picking mobile handsets on the shelf, connecting sim cards, and sending them out to some of Australia’s biggest corporations. Since then, I’ve had 7 different roles within Telstra! Fun times.
It marks 1 year of me owning Micky, my Mini Cooper S. It was a very exciting day when I picked up that car. And I’ve had a very enjoyable time with it since. I’m pretty confident it’s the best car I’ve ever owned. 32,000km in 1 year – that’s how much I love it.
And it also marks 2 years of me being on Twitter. This is a pretty important milestone to mark. Cos if I hadn’t been on Twitter, I wouldn’t have gotten a message from Jenny/Howie to hook me up with my now wife!
