We arrived up here last night to a cute little motel in Blackheath. It’s very reasonably priced, and the people that run it are lovely. And we get a cooked breakfast included each morning too!

I deliberately left my laptop at home so that we could just enjoy some time together without laptops. My iPhone is still getting a workout though… don’t think I’d survive with absolutely no technology.

Looking forward to dinner tomorrow night though – down the road at the St Mounts Italian restaurant. I took Debbie there for lunch the day I proposed to her, and it’s some of the nicest food I’ve eaten at a restaurant.

And then it will be back home for AFL on Saturday arvo! Holidays are good.
